Wellness / Maintenance Therapy Program
Our wellness / maintenance therapy program does not require a medical necessity and may not be billable to insurance.
It is a service provided to prevent future decline of strength and mobility. It does not require a doctor's order for services and will be billed per visit at the end of each session. A wellness program can be started where outpatient physical therapy leaves off and you want to prevent decline. It can also be provided at any time as a program to help keep your loved one functioning safely at home.

1 visit per week
$2.50 drive fee per visit (in home)

**MOST VISITS ARE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES.
MINIMAL CHARGE OF $50 FOR VISITS 30 MINUTES OR LESS.
**If visits are done in the home, there a $2.50 fee for driving expense
***$15 Cancelation fee if cancelled less than 24 hrs of visit time.
