First and foremost, welcome! I’m so glad you stopped by! Did you know that you have potential inside of you?  Did you eat today? Are you breathing? Then there is potential power and growth on the inside of you.  It’s what you chose to do with that potential that will direct the course of your health, wellness, strength, and overall well-being. It doesn’t matter your age, your past, or your circumstance, because if you are alive then you have potential.  Some have greater potential than others, but all you need is just a little to get started in the right direction.  I love working with the older population. And I’ve been told more times than I can count, "Don’t get old!" A stark warning that old age can bring pain and misery. But did you know that you can gain strength at any age? Strength training as we grow older can help make our golden years a little more golden.
